Do not buy from cash crusaders it is a massive ****

I Bought a PS4 controller from the one in rondebosch after 3 charge cycles it stopped working. I took it back and insisted on a refund they told me that they would repair or replace it, I waited 23 days (I was told it would take a maximum of 21 days) for it to come back only for the controller to have not been touched at all, so I took it back and the manager opened it himself which I assume would void a warranty, then I was told they would take it back in for repair after another 9 days of waiting it was still broken so I given was another controller even after insisting on a refund again because there is no difference in the money they lose but they refused and the new controller promptly stopped working again and they refused to refund me for it as well, thus I had them send it in for a check yet again I was told a maximum of 21days but the wait period of 21 days is over and I have still not received a call to let me know that it is ready.
