Do not buy 2and hand electrical items,from any shop.

I,bought an A10,Samsung from a Cash crusaders Athlone,Cape Town, on 15 August,2020.Service was excellent on the day.On 27sept,the phone was locked or blocked.l could not access anything.l took it back to them with my receipt.When l got there l tried to explain the nature of the problem, only to discover my first mistake of ever purchasing my item from them.We argued,& one of the young men by their purchasing counter,threatened me thrice.He had no respect, & wanted to brush me aside as if there was no issue. I asked them to contact the person who sold the phone to get it unlocked. But the attitude of some of the staff left a lot to be desired.

They even referred me to phone dealers across the road to get the system flushed,for me it sounded dubious& further illegitimate..l then further regretted ever buying my item from them,and l saw a huge crack in our races.

I thank God for an elderly man,whom l overheard his name like Peter,who then took over,got my phone to their phone dealers and got it flushed.He has respect for humanity. May the Almighty God, bless him. To conclude,my story,l encourage people to buy brand new staff from reputable and professional shops.I was made to weep,by kids,as l had struggled during lockdown to raiseR2000,which people have no respect of.Be careful .

I spent half the day in their shop for me the issue to be sorted.l was shocked at how,shops reaps people if you do not stand your ground.
