Dixon warranty trolley 12 inch party speaker

Good day

I recently visited the glen shopping branch and never en counted such bad service . this would be the second time i went to the branch and basically had to request for help at the counter myself!! regarding my purchase of a dixon speaker i bought directly at this outlet i have had nothing but trouble with this device with it being booked in for second time this is not on! with same recurring issue i would like urgent feedback and a refund as i request to speak to the manager of this branch which is non exist i have requested a call from this individual since i left messages after messages with no call given back , no supervision in store have visited the store with just frustration with the lack of respect and nature of the staff in this store. this device is under warranty however i have had nothing but problems with this i would recommend buying anything from this if they cant guarantee anything as it will be more time booked in than in use.

this battery issue and Bluetooth feature of this device just some of the faults that just keeps failing after claim a minimum battery usage which did not work from the day of the store purchase.

i would like urgent feedback on this !
