Dixon Tablet

My husband bought a tablet (Dixon) for our child on 20 December. On 21 January I took the tablet back because it just shuts down. We are now on 5 weeks and it is still not fixed. They promised 2-3 weeks it would have been fixed. I phone every week but nothing. On week 4 the tablet did come back but to my surprise, they still did not fix it. So I am rather fed up.
