Dixon speaker box ask for app. Cant connect via BT.

Bought few months ago dixon speaker boxes. Now my phones cant connect to it anymore via bluethooth.says dixon app on my fones. Dont want to connect. Says i need a app.Downloaded a app that it says it can work with but still cant connect. Huawei or samsung phones.
