DIXON PHONES FROM HELL

Me and my wife bought 2 dixon phones from cash crusaders in firchardtpark for R799.90. The one phone was sort of working properly and the other didn't it didn't pickup up the simcard and imy wife tried to phone me at work you cant hear a thing even on videos and on whatsapp you cant hear anything on a voice note or calls, so the first time we handed in the phone and the phone came back a little bit better but still *****ed and then the other phone started with issues as well and the phone that was sent in first was also not correct.Then I went in with both phones and required that they should exchange if for better quality phones or give back my money and they said that they are sending it back in. These are the most **** phones, they are phones from hell. You cant sell bad Dixon products like that to people, now they took my hard earned cash and I'm stuck with s****. Our child is in school and now the school can't contact us because of cash crusaders we are phoneless and this is a huge problem.
