Dixon heat gun

Randfontein Branch I wanted to buy a heat gun. The last one in stock was on display and the front was melted. They gave ne R40 discount because it was melted. I asked them if I still get warranty because of that and they told me yes even put a stamp on my slip. So I came home used it as instructed turned it off, used it again as instructed turned it off again and when I wanted to switch it on again it did not work I did not even use it (with the switched off time) for 20min. I took it back the guy said do I want something els for the money and I said no I want a heat gun. He informed me that they will get stock the next day. So when I phoned he said they cant get stock and they are going to repair it. 3 weeks later I phoned them again and they said head office is not going to repair it as it was misused. So now I think it was already misused that was the reason it was melted they now tell me I bought it as is but on my slip is a stamp of the repair warranty. They told me that day if there is any problems or it it stopped working I must bring it back. And now they are denying everthing.

Worst experience. Never buy their heat guns!!
