Dixon Heat Gun

Hi Cash Crusaders. I just bought your Dixon Heat Gun. On the box and your sales person and your cash teller told me that I can use it for 10min max and nothing more. I even joked with your sales person on the floor that I dont need 10mins maybe just a 2-5min job. He said then its perfect. And explained to me that damaged "melted damage" can not be exchanged or cant even be sent for repairs. Sure I understood what they meant. Yet I only used it for less than 5mins just to shrink tubing for my charger (those things are so small) and the nozzle part started to melt the plastic cover on the heat gun as I was cooling it off. Mind me, its cold at the moment in JHB and not in the middle of summer where its 30'C.

Now after one use it wont turn on. What am I suppose to do now? I havent even gotten to use the "II Mode of heat".

Please. Stop selling these heat gun please. Return them to where ever you guys got them. I just used it for less than 5mins I even used a timer on my phone so I dont over do it on the "10mins".

You guys are breaking my heart here. Im really disappointed. And sad that you guys are *********** customers with your heat guns.
