Dissatisfied Customer

I am very disappointed with the service at Cash Crusaders The Glen.....I bought a laptop for my son for home schooling for R4500 and it only worked for 2 weeks....took it back in ..they said they took it to a technician who clearly doesn't know how to fix it its been a week...the manager is too busy to speak to me.....I dont get any follow up ,I always have to call them....I am so irritated by this....this is really bad service I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase things from them
