Dissapointed

Bought a new air cooler online. It stated there is 2 in stock at the Heidedal Bloemfontein branch. They let me know on 25/01/25 that the item is ready for collection.

We I got to the store the item was second hand, scratched & Dirty. The second one they have in stock is being used behind the counter.

When i told the lady that the one she brought out is not new, she rep**** yes it is. The price on it states R740.00,

I paid R899.00 and wasted petrol to go to the store because they notified me my item is ready for collection. Could they not have called me and inform me about the situation?

And one more thing, if your franchises has a problem with online orders, rather do not offer the service.

This is really not acceptable.
