Disrespectful

<p><br />I visiting your Somerset Mall branch on Wednesday. And was absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from staff and management. You can actually see on video footage at the store how the manger Susan shouts at me while I was putting in a complaint about staff members not willing to assist me. She verbally insulted me. Saying things like "ag man whats your problem. Then get lost" She has absolutely no standard of customer service.This kind of behaviour is disrespectful. She also made it very known that she was the owner of the store. And very arrogantly said, I am more than welcome to put in a complaint. I have requested the video footage from the store however my request has been declined. Luckily I have an audio footage and a witness of this event to take this matter further.</p>
