Dishonist not honour any warrentee

<p>I bought LG G3 at Cash Crusaders Brackenfell in middle of January 2017 WITH 6 MONTHS WARENTEE. Phone is giving problem not allowing to show keypad to open up the screenlock mode on phone. So I search on google it is a common propblem on that phones and a factory reset must be done. So I took it to urban sole who is the supplier of the phone to that cash crusaders and he said he is unable to do a factory reset on that phone and I must take it back to cash crusaders in Brackenfell which my wife did. So this morning Brandon the owner of cash crusader phoned my wife and said that we dropped the phone and that urban sole is now telling him a different story that the screen is broken. And that we must pay a aditional R1200 to have it fix. We did not dropped the phone and the screen is not physical cracked and a person can do different things exept where the keyboard is not displaying. The phone they sold me as well is not a proper G3, because it is a G3 cat 6 that comes from Korea with a different language. I want my money back or a different phone in the store please.</p>
