Dishonest dealing

My name is Thokozani. I have a grevience with Cash Crusaders Mossel Bay. Saw an Apple iphone 13 which was indicated for sale on the web. Called the store and spoke to a lady named Kelly on the 12/02/2024 asking for more information regarding the phone (availability, condition and pictures). Kelly sent me pictures of the phone via whatsapp. I was told that the phone was set aside for a client who would come back the next day to purchase it, but if they didn't come back before 16h00 then it would be sold to me. On the 13/02/2024 at 16h03 I called the store checking the availability of the phone whilst recording our conversation where she indicated that the phone is available since the other person hadn't returned. I asked for banking details so that can transfer the funds, however she didn't send them. Today morning 08:31 on the 14/02/2024 Kelly sent me the details and whilst on the process of paying she informs (09:05) me that her manager says that the phone is now sold. Now in the hearing of this i ask to speak to the manager to which I'm informed that they are with clients and they will get back to me once done. After waiting and calling the store, being told the manager is still with clients, i eventually get ahold of the manager at 12:15. Now I've read the terms of conditions and here are the guidelines. I need the store to instil the conditions and cancel the online sale since there was an arrangement in place.
