Dishonerable

I entered into a swap deal with your store. I was very clear that I will never sell the item, even though the salesperson tried to convince otherwise. Furnished various reasons part of whom are legal matters. I was informed I will be notified should changes arise. At that point I was convinced the business was not involved in ******* trading. The agreement fell on a non business day. I had gone to the store about two times prior. The store did not provide any communication in this regard. I went to the store on a business day. I started at the swap/buy section and everything was in order. Got to the sales floor and was told that the item did not appear under my profile. I asked to speak to the manager ( Arnold ), who was not keen to provide any assistance. Words cannot express how felt and still feel right now. I would like for this matter to be resolved with the original agreement.
