Disgusting service

Hi am deeply disgusted how I have treated at your cash crusaders n1 city branch.I went into your on Saturday the 4th and saw a cabinet that I was considering to purchase after discussing it with my husband we decided to buy it ..this morning Sunday the 5th I called the store wanted to confirm if the cabinet is still for sale ..this was at 8h35 before the store even opened ,I spoke to Merle who confirmed the cabinet is for sale and I asked her to put it on hold for me as my husband will come at 11h00 to purchase and collect...I called her again just before 11 and told her my husband is running late but he would be there before they close...she even offered to set it aside till tomorrow..but I insisted that we will come get it today..a couple minutes later my husband left but when he got to the store was informed that item was already sold...how is this even impossible I then called the store spoke to the manager sibongile who confirmed the item was sold..truly disgusted as I had set my heart on this cabinet all he did was apologize but are they going to reimburse me for petrol and i lose the cabinet i wanted..I want answers because this is messed up. I will definitely not be setting foot inside this store again.
