Disgusting service

Poor service from the Germisten branch , I requested information on a watch they were selling on the 18th Jan, it is now the 25th and still have not received any assistance, when I try calling they do not answer, I am a very loyal client and have purchased over 10 watches from cash crusaders, 7 days just for 1 picture to see the quality. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to use this branch
