Disgusting sales technic Malvern Park Mall

Went into cash crusaders Malvern Park Queensburgh Durban, experienced an ********* disgusting situation. I went to take my phone out.. advertised was. Mecer laptop on sale R1000 sales assistants explained specs and I was happy with purchasing it. Nevertheless I put my phone back into pawn to then buy the laptop, mind u the service at the shop is disgusting the cashier pulling her feet to help me... The manager busy on her phone while I'm enquiring about this laptop.

Another sales consultant spoke to my husband.. explained to him the laptop Im inquiring about doesn't work!! AND I QUOTE "don't buy this laptop it doesn't work it's just on the shelf for show.. we pushing for sales." *** ********* **** IS THIS? SALES ASSISTANT SAVED ME FROM WASTING MY MONEY because url have a problem with returns I'm so disappointed, disgusted by this, as I really needed a laptop for start work I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER NOT ANYONE
