Disgusting incompetence with cash crusaders

I bought a Tv in cash crusaders heidedal Bloemfontein IN AUGUST they said the tv is brand new,but was malfunctioning on and off every time ,they refused to fix it because I lost my receipt I logged a complaint on hello Peter then they decided to fix it provided that I provide them with proof of purchase via my bank statements,waited 2 months for cash crusaders to fix my tv finally they were done but the tv comes back with a major dent another damage,I asked for a refund or replacement because clearly that tv is not new is damaged multiple times for the price of a new TV but they telling me to wait again,HELLO PETER PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH TELLING THIS ***********,DISORGANIZED AND UNRELIABLE FRANCHISE CASH CRUSADERS THAT I NO LONGER WANT THAT TV I WANT MY REFUND I WILL BUY A TV AT A PLACE THAT IS MORE RELIABLE AND COMPETENT
