Disgusting

My partner purchased a laptop from cash crusader and it was not working properly. We took it back on the 28/12/2023 and was met with very rude staff who did not know how to answer the questions we were asking and took the laptop for repair. We have since not heard anything back from them and when tried to contact them their phone numbers do not work. Unable to go to the store as we work long hours. It is now the 1 of Feb and we have had no updates. It's like they took our money and we got ntn for it. If they are unable to give the laptop back then I want the money back. Ridiculous how yourl can take money very fast but when it comes to actually doing the service yourl are useless.
