Disgusting Conduct

If only there was an option for zero stars. Absolutely appalling service from the Cash Crusaders Davenport Branch in Durban! I sent a request to extend my loan and even deposited the amount into their bank account, I asked that they send me the receipt and the mew maturity date as I'm unable to physically go to the store, they've ignored each and every message, text, phone call and email I've sent! If I found out that they have sold my stuff without my knowledge, I will be escalating them to the ombudsman and will make sure they compensate me for my loss! The lack of decency to respond is what's making my blood boil the most. Trust and believe I will make them pay.
