DISGUSTING!

So on Sunday , I sent a Whatsapp with images requesting a quote , eventually after calling numerous times , just before 13:00 when they close I got a Whatsapp with a price , I then asked when they can collect and got advised that they do collections on a Tuesday and Thursday , I then asked what is needed for them to collect on Tuesday , I was IGNORED! Eventually on Tuesday at 15:00 after 13 CALLS TO THEM AND 4 WHATSAPPS, a supposed manager said he is really sorry and will do a collection on Wednesday by 11:00 , 4 calls to them not answered and still no contact

Please explain to me why you have whatsapp number for this ? Please explain why you have a collection service ? And lastly please explain why it is so difficult to do your job?
