Disgusted with cash crusaders behaviour!!!

Good day. with emails as proof and continuous calls to the manager Bradly Morgan im sick and tired of waiting for a refund on my purchase of non working items from cash crusaders field street. On a call from nadine who works at cash crusaders told me that the store in field street might not open because the owner michelle is not certain of re opening it. Upon calling the manager bradly morgan and telling him its past october and theres no update for me as he promised to call me and update me even insisting to mark the date on my calender.. He told me the stores will now open in January. Ive told him everytime its another month, told him this story is nothing new.. then he tells me theres an issue with a supplier. Upon asking him questions the man gets edgy and start talking to me in a higher pitch tone. So like ive told him stores should be open in january or else i need my refund. The guy then asks me "or what".. ive asked him if this is how he speaks to a customer. A response from him is i dont care. this wait for my refund is frustrating and this attitude by your manager is putrid!! Theres no room for wana be gangsters,..
