I bought a 42 inch Dixon television from Cash Crusaders St Peter's Square in April 2015.the television had only 1 year guarantee.<br> 27 September 2015 my television just packed up only black screen no sound nothing. I thought the television had a 2 year warranty but I was wrong.<br> I took the television back where I bought it, I was told its going to take a while as they need to send my television to Johannesburg to be fixed. Week after week I called to find out if they have any news regarding my television. A month and a half went by so I called again, I was told to call the head office a lodge a complained no one got back to me. On the 7th November I got a call from Chester at Cash Crusaders and he advise the very same that they can't fix my television and he will find a way to get my television fixed. Only to find out that my television was never send to Johannesburg to be fixed the tv was at the store. I called Chester on 16 November to get feedback as per Chester my television was send to a repair shop in Parow to be fixed and he will let me know what the cost will be, still waiting on Chester to call me back. I don't know what to do as I they keep changing their story.
