Disgusted

I purchased a brand new boxed standing fan from cash crusaders on 2/12/2015 for R269.90. On 22/12/2015 the fan packed up. I phoned them on 23/12/2015 and as the store manager wasnt available, i spoke to Badrodien who then told me to return the item so he can send it away for repairs which will take about 15 days!!! Nobody told me this when I purchased the item and I wasn't impressed as I would have made my purchase from a more reputable shop had I known that from the beginning. To get me off the phone he promised to \see what he can do"to 'remedy the situation when I return the items. Well I returned it on 24/12/2015 and he did absolutely nothing then bore me with the same old story about sending the items away for repairs which will take about 15 days"
