Disgraceful Services from Cash Crusaders

So this is my second review because the response from customer care was putrid!!

After sending multiple emails to Elijah from customer care there was not a single response, after several calls, where my calls was redirected and I had to wait on call for 20min each time I phoned, I was given 3 different direct lines to Elijah which I also waited 20min after the calls cut me out. I am disgraced at the way my case is being handle with them maintaining that I tempered with the laptop, what am I a 2year old child to was my money in a manor like that? Now I was given a number for Consumers and that number is not working which I am not surprised! All I want is a working laptop or my money!!!
