Disgraceful and pathetic behavior for a well established business

Hi I have purchased a dixon professional amplifier from Cash Crusaders Phoenix, my product is still under warranty but the head office and repair department refuses to repair my item only making excuses when I emailed them there is no response just enlightening customers please don't purchased from Cash Crusaders, all branches because they are a ******* always wanting to make it the customers fault
