Disappointing Cash crusaders Pretoria North.

I bought an active subwoofer at cash crusaders Wonderpark on the 26th Jan 2026, and took it to cash crusaders in Pretoria North for a buy back contract on the 14th Feb 2026 because I needed cash, and I was told by the lady manager that they do not take the active subwoofer, I was so disappointed and took it to cash converters and they happily helped me without any hesitation and I am asking myself as to why do they sell the product and refuse to do a buy back contract on the same thing.
