Disappointing Cash Crusaders and management

Hi took my tv and required an urgent loan 4 months ago I paid my monthly installments diligently every month all of a sudden my last installment is higher this was mis calculated from cash crusaders when I brought it to the managers attention of the store in Lansdowne Priscilla she kept on telling me that I needed to pay the higher installment she was just reading from her screen and not seeing the fault she disregarded it as a mistake . Her last word to me she said she will get customer service to call I am still waiting I even asked her to escalate this to head office which was just overlooked. I will approach the customer consumer protection regarding this as this is not a fault on my end but on cash crusaders.
