Disappointed with service at cash crusaders

I want to express my pain and disappointment with cash crusaders in Kempton Park at the shopping complex next to the taxi rank. In November i made a R1 000 loan against my TV as i needed cash urgently. On the 4th December i called the store asking for another option of paying them back such as paying via EFT but I was told the only option is to come to the store or send someone. I informed them i am currently not in Joburg and I have no one to send to the store so i requested to make a transfer using my reference number but they refused. I wrote two emails on the 8th and the 11th but i never get a response. I have money to pay back the R1 000 loan but i sm certain my TV has been sold. I tried calling the store the whole week with no success.
