Disappointed with brand new Tv,bad customer service . Cash crusaders vereeninging

i bought brand new dixon 55in on 17/08/25 11:21 cash crusaders vereeninging.assist by Thandeka Dintsi. Dintsi she switch on the tv for a second just to show me its working.then she said i will connect the tv when i get home Dintsi explain to me about7 days and 24 month warranty.she said if i get any problem before they will help me,they will gave me brand new.

I took it home,when i get home put on the plug switch it on,after i connect wifi i notice small small small line from screen,immediately i called the store they said they are closing i must bring back the tv on Monday, on Monday i was working didn't get the time ,i took it back on20/08/25 09:39 .when i get they manager he was waiting for me, he was complaining ,didn't want to refund me ,didn't want to gave me the new tv.we switch on that tv that line starting to get big,he put blame on me ,he said why i didn't see that line the time Dintsi switch on the tv for sec.

I told him i want my money or brand new tv ,i remind him about 7days warranty.then the story change about that 7days. He took the tv said he will call me till today i didn't get the call from him or cash crusaders,i even send email to headoffice but no respond.i want my money or brand new tv.
