Disappointed customer

I'm a disappointed customer I bought xbox 360 console on 27 December 2026 it's not working i tried to report the issue no responsed the console it's not sign in and the hard drive it's not working I'm very disappointed since last week I have been trying to report the issue still no responsed the person I talked to keep on saying I will put you with the manager even today I'm still waiting for a manager. I'm very disappointed shem I will never purchase online especially at cash crusaders.
