Disappointed customer

My name is china Hoho residing at Emndeni south,I bought a LG side by side fridge on 7 of October 2024,on the 19 of January 2025 the fridge stopped working.on the 21 of January 2025 I went to the store and talk to the manager I told him the fridge is broken,he looks at the sleep and he said he can't help me because the fridge t no longer under guarantee he can just give me the numbers of a guy he knows who fix fridge.I was so shocked, because the fridge worked only 4 months.Im a pensioner 69 it took me a long time to save 12,999 to buy fridge for my self ,now I want my money back and I'm very disappointed with the company thanks
