Disappointed customer

Well I need to know how a manager of a store like cash crusaders can't speak or treat costumers well.

The manager in Florida is a joke, he doesn't know anything about customer service.

I went there yesterday to sell my phone, he wasn't interested in assisting me so he kept on telling me that my phone had a Crack while I showed and gave them proof that it was a scratch. Even after that he didn't want to listen to me kept on telling me that if he where to take that phone he will pay for it, which I understand but the phone wasn't broken.

Florida keeps on losing customers because of their stubborn management who needs training on serving customers.

Am so disappointed with the service I received yesterday and am sure to let everyone I know how they treat us as customers coming to that store
