Disappointed customer

I am very unhappy infact I'm livid:We purchased a laptop at Cash Crusaders it's just hit a week now and we having issues with it turning on and black lines and manyore.The Attitude we received from Lulama then assistant manager was appauling.The Attitude of telling me that it's 14 Days and when I asked do we not have option as my daughter is using this laptop for ok online schooling she told if I'm such a hurry not willing to wait I can repair myself at my cost with Theee worst attitude and no care in the world.im very disappointed and angry as to what is the expectation abs how does one with such an attitude allowed to work in an environment where you need to be able to tell clients and show care and ability to explain in right attitude and have sense of urgency
