Disappointed

I would like to express my disappointment with cash Crusaders the branch is in Florida square Roodepoort. The Managers name is Goerge, we gave the 48hours notice that is required when they have to fetch your goods from the warehouse for you to pick up after payment is made. On arriving at the store around 9 am we were told it's to early in the day so we asked what time will the goods be in the store from the warehouse the manager couldn't give us an answer so he speculated from 10, or 12 up to even 1pm... unfortunately we waited over 6 hours before our goods arived. We later received a message from cash Crusaders saying sorry for the inconvenience caused it was due to unforeseen circumstances that the driver had an issue he had to resolve. To top matters off only a small bar fridge took them 6 hour's to deliver from the warehouse, the fridge was wrapped up in bubble wrap we got home removed the the bubble wrap only to find the fridge and dents that it never had before....we sent them photos of it stating what we noticed we never received any response up until I put this complaint on hello Peter
