Disappointed!!!

Cash crusaders Phoenix plaza don't value the customers. They don't even send out reminders no do they answer they fones.. I was 1week late but I went in today to pay they still have my fone but refuses for me to pay cause they want double the amount they gave.. Imagine a person being sick and obviously don't don't to disclose the reason for being sick but they didn't even offer an helping hand. I also called them and they said I can come in on the 19/05/2021 but when I went in they gave another story really disappointing il put this all over to show people how terrible yourl are. No reminder. Don't ask the customer for a valid reason nothing
