Disappointed

On 02/11/2020 i bought Doogee Y9 Plus i accidentally cracked the screen at the top and i send it for repairs in Cash Crusaders since i bought it the.On the 24/02/2021 they said it will take 21-24 days to be repaired. I keep calling them after the month they keep telling me that they don't have parts. But the phone Doogee Y 9 Plus they still selling it.
