Disappointed

The service at Cash Crusaders Westwood Mall in Durban is pathetic. Firstly They have a sign at the door stating that they close at 6pm but when we arrived there they told us that they close much earlier and when I asked why this was not changed on their signs they told me that I needed to check on their website with much attitude. Then when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he was the manager. I just wanted to know what happens to customer service and is this the kind of people that we now hire to be managers? I also come from a customer care background so I am well aware of how a customer is supposed to be treated and it is definitely not how my husband and I were treated at the store.
