Disappointed

<p>I put my laptop in for a buy back in November and it expired while I was away on business. I went to the shop only to be told that it has been lay byed. I understand that if you don't fetch your goods on time they get sold but do I not get preference to buy my laptop back since it is still in store and I am buying cash and not putting it on lay bye? I am really disappointed that I cannot get my laptop back.</p>
