Disappointed

Am not very happy by the way cash crusaders do things,in 2016 I brought a fone dodge x6 Dan middle of the year my battery was damaged I went to them at cash crusaders centurion mall to buy a battery as I couldn't find it at any shop,they told me they don't sell battery and remember I brought a fone from them,my fone since Dan was off even now I still got it not working because of the battery,

This year again I brought a fone from them and a mosquito light at mahube mall ,my fone screen was broken due to fall and my mosquito light the bulb inside was not working any more ,I went back to them to buy a bulb and I couldn't find it anywhere they told me they not selling bulb only ,how can u sell something Dan after don't sell the bulb wen it's finished,I went again for my fone to be fixed for the screen as I couldn't get any help from another shops as the don't have a fone screen for dodge fones,the told me that if I wanna fix my fone I have to pay R230 for booking in the fone Dan they will also send an invoice on top of that R230 I payed ,how can cash crusaders sell things that cannot be fixed and wen we buy this things they don't explain things like this,all those things are now sitting here at home don't working and I used money for them that I work hard for, I even brought a air cooler from them this year am even scared to use it as an thinking if it's get broken it won't be fixed,

I don't recommend anyone to buy any cash crusaders brands as they making a fool of us
