Denial of Warranty

I bought a Dixon S21D speaker on January 31 2026 with 12 month warranty. After 5 weeks it started having defects and wanted it to be examined. I was told by the store that I need to have the box, that’s another story coz the box was almost like it was glued so unpacking was very messy so I disposed of the box. I am told I can’t get it checked without the box whereas I have the slip and the actual product that needs to be examined. I’ve hardly used this speaker and I’m stressed. This was at the Khayelitsha Branch in Cape Town.
