Delay after delay, ineptitude and now no payment

<p>Cash Crusaders Plumstead were invited to view and offer on items in our office store. Issey came out and quoted. When I received the physical quote there were a number of items missing off the list. Items were collected. The agreement was that due to the reduced rate CCP would remove various desk parts and other items, too. They also offered to purchase a marquee which I explained would need specialised collection and transport due to its weight and it being awkward and cumbersome. SIX weeks later our NGO incurred an additional months' storage fee. I contacted the Owner, Steve, who sprang in to action (somewhat) and then over a few days managed to remove all the remaining items just in time that we did not incur an extra additional months' storage. Steve offered to compensate ud for the additional month storage. It has been two weeks since their final collection and, despite TWO emails inquiring after payment we have received no further contact nor correspendence nor payment. We require an ammended collection notice WRT what was collected and 'boght' along with the payment.</p>
