Defective new Soundbar

Hi, i bought a Bluetooth soundbar from Cash Crusaders in Amanzimtoti on the 09-04-2021 For my wife's birthday. I asked the sales lady to please check the item to see if it works. Everything was working fine, so i purchased the soundbar and left. Got home and my wife used it for two hours ONLY when to her utter disappointment it stopped working. No sound at all. Ok so now its just a useless bar i suppose. So i returned the Soundbar (Bar) to the store in Amanzimtoti on 10-04-2021 I asked for the item to be replaced hence it has no use to my wife if it does not work. Now i understand company policies, but now my wife has to wait up to 20 days to enjoy her birthday present. How nice is this policy of yours. They obviously refused to replace the item or return my money because of the policy. I will never in my life buy or do any business with Cash Crusaders ever again because you are selling defective products and we have to sit with all the inconvenience. I regret actually supporting your store in the first place. PS! THIS WAS A NEW PRODUCT AND NOT SECOND HAND.....
