Deeply Disappointed

Usually i would rate cash crusaders 5 stars for all the times they have assisted me through the years, but this past Monday 27 July at around 11am i was rudely insulted and physically man handled by their staff members (in uniform) at one of their branches in gauteng, for simply requesting to speak to management who they claimed at the time was not in store, they refused to tell me when he/she would be available and became infuriated at my request for the head office number. i seek immediate assistance on this matter. I have never experienced anything even close to this..the fact that they would even dare put their hands on a customer is traumatising
