Deceptive or false advertising

I bought a deep freez from cash crusaders boksburg. I paid something to fetch it for me when they got here it was not what I had purchased. I phoned to complain and the lady said they searched for a photo on the model number and advise that photo. No according to me that is Deceptive or false advertisin of visual content about a product that is misleading and unrealistic. If I knew the deep freez looked like this I would have never bought it, the smell is disgusting, it has black mold and does not even have a hande to open the top. I asked them to collect it as I was not going to pay for delivery again and they refused. Why should I pay for delivery of they committed ***** ?
