Day light ******* I bought a phone which they claimed was brand new on (11 June 2021). I paid R3299 cash. The phone went blank within a month. I took it back to theme on (23 July 2021) I never got it back. I went to check with them and their manager ( introduced himself as Sfundo) told me that it was not yet repaired because there was looting where they do repairs. He promised to phone me for update, which he never did. A month late, I phoned him, no repairs done. It's now almost TWO months, no luck.

I feel strongly 'looted' here. I feel ******. Two months without what I paid for. I even doubt that the phone they sold me was new as they claimed.

I regret chosing this shop. There are much better phone shops. Still 'Waiting'
