hello peter I bought a mixer at cash crusaders Vereeniging branch. the person who was assisting me, her name is Tumi before I can take that mixer I asked them to test it for me, honestly she looked for the power socked but she couldn't find it, she came into a conclusion that I can take the mixer and buy my self a power socked, that's when I realize that the mixer is not working, then I took it back to the store . I couldn't get any help I ended up asking for a manager. they took me to a white guy by the name of Bennie the guy was arrogant and rude he did not want to listen. or call tumi to verify my story, so he said he is taking the mixer for repair. then ask him why cant he refund me because when bought it it was already broken. so took the matter to customer care the lady who was assisting me asked for my number she said she will do a follow up in few minutes she called me back and ask me if the slip was signed, my respond was yes. that was the last time I hear from them
