Damaged returns

My tabket was ****ed due to cash cons*****s. Today when my daughter went to collect it the screen has a scratch on it. When I spoke to the attendandt he said the tablet was given as such and when I asked where it was declared by him he said it wasnt and it itls not their problem...how on earth can you trust an establishment like that. First of all when you do **** items they are so full off it any little.mark will be noted in order to bring down their prices and if the tablet had this miricke scratch they would had taken full advantage of it or not even consider taking the item because of it.
