Damaged goods

I loan my TV and Deeb freezer at Cash Crusaders New Park Kimberley and when I went to fetch it my TV was not covered with bubble rap and my Deeb freezer was dented when I took it up they said there is nothing they can do what service is that it's very poor and it not the first time I have a problem with Cash Crusaders New Park we bought a phone it said and showed on the tag that is a 128gb but when my husband realized that the speaker is damaged and that it was a 64 GB so they sold us a broken phone and **** to what Ram it has . They new that the phone was broken and that they lying about the space the phone it comes out with but yet still sold and when i complained about it they couldn't help.Im very unhappy with Cash Crusaders New Park service and yet Im a regular customer.The employees dont take responsibility for when they do wrong or damage ones goods.
