Same thing happened to my parents they bought a sewing machine from cash crusaders in westgate mall... which was still under the original owners name... they handed the papers over to my parents when they got to the shop. With the owners the machine was completely damaged. And they have been getting the run around for at least a month now. They store manager has been so rude to them and the tech they gave the machine to has been taking 2 weeks to fix as he and the manager seems to be in cohoots
